• Direct: TSB talks to customers face-to-face in branch or over the telephone.

TSB is the UK’s eighth largest lender in the mortgage sector. More than 150 mortgage advisers and 500 mortgage promise promise partners are ready to help in branches, and our Mortgage Service Team connects with customers via telephone or video.

We are then able to help link customers to their nearest mortgage adviser, and our Intermediary Team works with more than 20,000 brokers across the country.

Typically, customers can talk to us the same day about how much they can borrow. It is a service that has earned us five stars in the Financial Adviser Service Awards four times, and we have been awarded best fixed-rate mortgage lender 2020 in the What Mortgage Awards for two years running, as well as Best Direct Lender 2021.
